Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25

Michael Vey by Richsard Paul Evans
So after being told by many many people that I just HAD to checkout Michael Vey, I finally did & holy cow it was so good!!! Totally clean too!
Michael Vey has a secret, one that could endanger him. Which is why after his father's death they moved to different small towns in Idaho. But when some bullies lead him to revealing his secret & the prettiest girl at school (Taylor) gets involved, things start to get weird. Once Michael's mom & Taylor get kidnapped, Michael realizes how dangerous his "gift" can be to those he loves. Michael and his bestfriend, Ostin, set off to find Michael's mom & Taylor, enlisting the help of the former bullies Wade & Jack. But the real question is, once they get to the "school" will Michael even be able to help those he loves?

So so good! There is a tiny bit of violence, but nothing too major. I really really loved this first book of Michael Vey and cannot wait to read the next ones :)

Rate: PG/PG13
    No cuss words, small violence
GOOD OR GOODBYE?
    Definitely GOOD

NITTY GRITTY:
There are no cuss words in this book! Yayy!! There is a small amount of violence, but nothing super gory or anything. There also isn't anything sexual at all.
Beware there's about to be a spoiler alert!!! READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

So Michael's "gift" is that he can create electricity. He can shock people, cars, phones, etc. He has lots and lots of electricity in his body. But the other kids at the "school" also have some of these powers in different forms. So there is a little violence with that.

THANKS FOR READING!
